FAA certification stating Delta Air Lines, including Delta TechOps’ aircraft MRO infrastructure (processes, programs, systems, and intended methods of compliance), meets the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 14 for Aeronautics and Space Part 121 Operating Requirements: Domestic, Flag, and Supplemental Operations for the USA and is able to devise, file, execute, and inspect safety critical processes that comply with rules and safety standards as well as manage hazard-related risks in operating environments.

Certified by the FAA that the MRO repair station meets Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 14 for Aeronautics and Space Part 145 for Repair Stations. This certification is received after the evaluation of compliance to the appropriate regulations and safe operating practices of the MRO facility, personnel, equipment, and operating rules.

Meets certification requirements for the European Union under the European Aviation Safety Agency Part 145 for aviation repair stations and is recognized as an aircraft maintenance repair and overhaul organization located in the United States.

Certified by the Dirección Nacional de Aeronavegabilidad (National Airworthiness Directorate of Argentina) as an aviation repair station meeting the required standards for an airline and aircraft maintenance organization.

Certified by the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications of the Kingdom of Bahrain for Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AMO) Approval.

The Bermuda Department of Civil Aviation (BDCA) has given Delta TechOps the certification necessary to perform services as an approved MRO organization.

Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil Brazil (National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil) has certified Delta TechOps for complying with requirements as an establishment of a MRO to perform maintenance, alterations and/or repairs to aircraft engines, aircraft instruments, airframe and aircraft accessories depending on specific rating and class categories.

Accepted by Transport Canada Civil Aviation as an approved maintenance organization under the Federal Aviation Administration in accordance with the Maintenance Implementation Procedures (MIP) and FAA Advisory Circular (AC) 43-10.

Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Chile (Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil de Chile) has certified Delta TechOps as an approved aircraft and airline maintenance repair company for meeting standards for Part 145.

Certified by The Civil Aviation Administration of China as an approved maintenance organization to complete airframe and airline maintenance as well as component maintenance, engine repairs, and line maintenance.

The Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) has given Delta TechOps the certification necessary to perform services as an approved MRO organization.

Certified by the Government of India - Director of Civil Aviation as an approved maintenance organization.

The Indonesia Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has given Delta TechOps the certification necessary to perform services as an approved MRO organization.

Delta TechOps is certified by Japan’s Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 2 of Civil Aeronautics Law to offer maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services to operators licensed by the Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB).

Delta TechOps meets The Republic of Korea Civil Aviation Safety Authority (KCASA) requirements for documentation, training, manuals, safety, personnel and quality management system to provide maintenance and alterations to aircraft and airlines at approved maintenance facilities.

Certified by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of the State of Kuwait as an approved Part-145 maintenance organization.

Certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) as an approved maintenance organization.

Certified by the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) as an approved maintenance organization.

Certified by the Autoridad Aeronautica Civil de Panama (AAC) as an approved maintenance organization.

Certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) as an approved Maintenance Organization.

The Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority (TTCAA) has certified Delta TechOps airline maintenance repair and overhaul meeting requirements for Part 145 to fulfill aircraft and airline maintenance services.

The Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) has given Delta TechOps the certification necessary to perform services as an approved MRO organization.

Support of Technical Operations by repairing, servicing, and overhaul of aircraft components, engines, landing gear, auxiliary power units and thrust reversers internally for Delta Air Lines and externally for other air carriers and maintenance facilities.

Delta TechOps is a member of the Aeronautical Repair Station Association (ARSA). ARSA is a leader in the worldwide maintenance industry, helping to enhance safety and security, shape public policy, provide quality events and advance industry interests. The association's members are located on five continents and in nearly 20 countries.

We are approved by Rolls-Royce in accordance with SABRe as a repair and overhaul supplier to maintain products and parts according to the limitations specified in the applicable component capability list and operations specifications as approved by the responsible airworthiness authorities.
