Delta TechOps’ Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) business has been voted “Best Total Solutions Provider” in the annual The145.com Top Shop Awards. This marks the ninth consecutive year the airline’s MRO division has won a Top Shop Award.
Top Shop awards recognize companies that deliver results a cut above the rest, excellent customer service and superior workmanship.
“This recognition speaks to the outstanding efforts of our team to take care of Delta’s customers,” said Don Mitacek, Senior Vice President, Delta TechOps & President, Delta TechOps Services Group. “We continue to prioritize and make investments that improve our repair capabilities and offerings to third-party customers.”
Winners are nominated and selected by their peers – this year was another banner year for the awards, with more 16,000 votes cast across 25 different repair categories.
“We are honored to be recognized not only as a Top Shop by our industry colleagues, but as the Best Total Solutions Provider, especially in a very challenging year. Congratulations to the team, whose commitment to our customers is unwavering” said Penny Jacob, VP – Commercial, Delta TechOps Services Group.
Delta TechOps will officially accept the award at the MRO Americas conference, the largest aviation maintenance conference in the world, in Dallas, Texas, this April.
